Terms and Agreements for the Write Your Literature Review Course


Welcome to the Write Your Literature Review Course!

By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they outline important details about your participation in the course.


1. Payment Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the course materials.

2. Course Materials and Access

  • Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the following:
    • Lifetime access to the current course recordings and program materials.
    • Supplemental resources, including guides, templates, and checklists, provided as part of the course.
  • Course recordings and materials will be made available by Monday, February 3rd, 2025.

3. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the course content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including but not limited to recordings, worksheets, guides, and templates, are the intellectual property of Dr. Marvette Lacy and the Write Your Literature Review Course.
  • Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, or share the course materials without explicit written permission.

5. Community Guidelines

  • As part of your enrollment, you are invited to join the Qual Scholars Community. This space is intended for collaboration, support, and respectful interaction with peers.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the community and course without a refund.

6. Personal Responsibility

  • Your progress in the course depends on your active participation and implementation of the lessons. While the course provides tools and guidance, completion of the literature review and achieving your academic goals are your responsibility.

7. Technical Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the necessary technology to participate in the course, including a stable internet connection and a device capable of viewing videos and downloading materials.

8. Course Updates

  • While you will have lifetime access to the current course materials, future updates or additions to the program are not guaranteed as part of your enrollment.

9. Communication
